David is a Land Use Planner with over 12 years of experience as a planning consultant, campus planner, and project manager. He holds a Master of Planning (Urban Development) degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and brings an effective skill set and genuine enthusiasm to every project, at any scale

David has extensive experience providing private and public sector clients with confidential planning advice and the preparation and successful advancement a wide range of planning applications (Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision, Site Plans, and Minor Variances) for mixed-use, residential, employment, and institutional developments across the GTA, Waterloo and Niagara regions, and Metro Vancouver. He also brings a strong international perspective, having contributed to multidisciplinary teams on major airport commercial development master plans and award-winning airport-compatible community land use plans for cities and airports across Canada, the United States, Australia, South Africa, Ecuador, and Brazil.
