Marc Cinq-Mars is a Land Use Planner with more than 6 years of professional experience in urban planning, campus planning, and project management. He has contributed to and managed a wide range of Institutional and mixed-use projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Marc holds two degrees in both Urban Planning and Project management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) as well as awarded the Downtown Yonge BIA award for Excellence in Placemaking.

Marc regularly prepares planning and development feasibility reports, and has coordinated planning applications for a range of Institutional clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Marc is adept at handling municipal development submission and approvals, as well as managing administrative tasks related to Site Plan approval and Zoning By-Law amendments.
