Maria Gudova is a land use planner with over four years of experience working on predominantly private sector projects. Maria has a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning degree from Ryerson University and is working towards becoming a Registered Professional Planner (RPP). Maria has a professional background in completing due diligence reviews of investment land opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area. At TPP, Maria assists with a range of development related applications including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision, Site Plan Approvals, and Minor Variances. She continues to build her technical experience in assisting the TPP Team to develop efficient and creative solutions that result in successful planning approvals.
